This morning 35 minutes on the eliptical 504 calories attempting a fast today unfortunatly not totally commited to it.
Skiing at Copper yesterday with a 20 minute hike to the top of Tucker Mountain

Tueasday 1 mile in 8:04 on Treadmill then SFR spin
Evening 1.6 run at 8.7
