Now that I am back from South Dakota we have picked up where we left off. In Castle Pines Tuesday we did 4 rotations of 4 exercises spending nearly an entire rotation in the sand ( I am pretty sure everyones favorite.)
Then Today was a deck of cards workout. Diamonds = Power Cleans, Hearts= Thrusters, Spades= Burpees Clubs = 20 YD sprints
This worked out to about a minute a card.
