Starting again

4 sets 2 min on 2 min off Heart rate 140-152 High cadence.

Last Saturday I realized my trampoline tag skills are sub par. We were at Jump Street for 2 hours. it was a good fun workout but, catching anyone was next to impossible and then i was too wasted to get away.
