Successful first week


Each workout last week got bigger and bigger. using the park we were able to do some running drills, olympic lifting, medacine ball work, and of course some situps

The current standard schedule is Mondays at 11:00 and Fridays at 9:30 Both Workouts are atr Altair Park south of C470 on Quebec just south of the Kohls store.
